**Job Title**: Flutter Developer
- 4+ experience in Flutter Development with Dart highly desirable, experience with other cross-platform development tools will be a plus.
- Experience in iOS Development with Swift / Android Development with Kotlin highly desirable.
- Understanding of Asynchronous concept in Flutter and how to use it with Async Widgets.
- Understanding of creating responsive and adaptive Widgets.
- Understanding of Widget optimization and building reusable Widgets.
- Familiarity with unit testing concept and its implementation (flutter_test, bloc_test, mockito).
- Good exposure to many of the latest technologies which include Functional Reactive Programming (RxSwift / RxJava) and Dependency Injection / Service Locator (get_it).
- Excellent knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and mobile apps architecture.
- Keen to create quality and testable code by creating design, documentation, coding standards, unit testing, and integration testing (integration_test).
- Fluent in Git.
- Understanding of mobile app performance and of how backend and mobile apps need to behave to deliver an integrated excellent Customer experience.
- Must have a very good understanding and experience of seamless CI/CD end to end to achieve one-click delivery.
- Excellent exposure to Agile Methodologies especially Scrum.
- Passion for developing new ideas and approaches, for demonstrable and sustainable continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, experienced with multi-cultural environments.
