**Responsibilities:

- Promote products and provide styling suggestions
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries
- Support visual merchandising and store display setup
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks
- Report customer feedback and sales trends to the team
- Help maintain store cleanliness and organization

**Requirements:

- **
- SPM, diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service (experience in **sports retail** is an **added advantage**).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and handling transactions is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate merchandise.
