- Project Wins
- Key Cluster Strategy
- Cluster's New Developments
- AOB
- Updating of Presentation Slides complying to Rotary Branding Guidelines
- Assist to prepare Presentation Slides complying to Rotary Branding Guidelines, when called upon
- Create / Updating of Cluster's Corporate Profiles / System Brochures
- Maintain, Updating of Cluster Webpage with REL BDD team
- Design of Campaign / Event Banners / Leaflet for the Cluster
- Create abd Maintain Media Library - catalogues, presentation material, photos, videos, etc
- Conduct market research when required
- Perform any additional task when tasked by the superior

**Pre-Qualification Questionaaire**
- Maintain and housekeep Pre-Q Supporting Doc for the Cluster in proper library
- Coordinate internal departments to fill up and submit PQ forms
- Submission of completed Pre-Q questionaire to the BD / Cluster representative for their onward actions
- Follow up with point-of-contact to keep track of evaluation progress and approval status.
- Maintain & update list of Customers' Pre-Q questionnaire in the library

**Job Type**: Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bandar Sunway: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
