Sales Admin

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare quotations and price lists based on customer requirements and approved pricing.
- Generate Proforma Invoices for customer orders and project inquiries.
- Accurately key in customer orders into the system for processing and tracking.
- Prepare and update product specifications as required.
- Coordinate with the in-house designer to develop and finalize product artworks.
- Liaise with the purchasing department regarding carton and label artwork.
- Compile and prepare monthly sales reports for management review.
- Prepare and consolidate year-end customer survey reports.
- Support ISO audit requirements by organizing and maintaining relevant sales documents.
- Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Management.
**Requirements**:
- SPM or Diploma in any field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- **Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with diverse clients and internal teams.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
