Key Functions:

- Responsible for preparation of full set of company accounts.
- Establish, reconcile and maintain General Ledger, bank accounts, suppliers’ ledger and other related accounting modules
- Ensure that company financial statements are prepared periodically and timely according to company requirements.
- Collecting and analyzing data about a company’s operational costs
- Prepare and analyze monthly costing report for production cost and project Cost
- Assist Accountant and Finance Manager in preparation of yearly budget.
- Assist Accountant & Finance Manager in budget control.
- Monitor and ensure that all accounting records of the company are well kept and easily accessible.
- Responsible for making available all documents required for financial audit programs.
- Implement company policies and adhere to finance SOP.
- Ensure to work within and in compliance with related laws and standards such the accounting standards, GST acts, and others.
- Assist Accountant and Finance Manager to update and maintain related SOP and procedures.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by Finance Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Able to work independently, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Have good interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with Construction Industry is priority.
- Well-versed with computerized accounting systems.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Able to multitask between the tasks on hand

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
