Job Responsibilities:

- To analyze business requirements, design, development, implementation, supporting, maintenance and continuous improvement of in-house system and Production.
- To take the general responsibility for the IT functions, production System and reporting to and work with Staff Engineer / IS Manager To Generate report for monthly or bi-weekly meeting data for IS Manager Backup in charge of the Servers (Hyper-V, Database, DNS, DHCP and etc.) Ensure the Network uptime of 95% Responsible in teamwork for Migration (Mail, Database, MES, and etc.)
- Server Administration support. Server room cleanliness and compliance to FDA standards Coordinate and work Team or with China HQ team on issues related to PC, laptops and Server(s) i.e. a) IT security (e.g. Malware attack, Security Patches) b) Network connectivity - WiFi and LAN (Local area network) c) IP Phone issues d) Bar code Printing issue e) Barcode Scanner issue (Serial and Hand held) f) CCTV cameras DVR (Digital Video Recorder)

Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or associated course. Minimum 2 years’ IT work experience in the manufacturing industry (EMS company more prefer) Good analytical and problem solving Good interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure Good Analytical skills and good in troubleshooting or debugging Good Communications and Written in English, Chinese and Malay Knowledge in IP Phones setup and configuration Server management (Hyper-V) Network management - VLAN and DHCP

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
