- Influence customers to buy services and products by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
- To ensure customers' request, inquiries and complaints are attended and responded in a timely manner, and to provide first call resolution
- To handle customer calls, complaints and inquiries efficiently, courteously and professionally.
- To work in a team environment and support each other in multitasking
- Surveys to obtain information about potential customers.; Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (ability to speak in Cantonese will be an added advantage)
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone, has patience and able to handle rejection
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Immediate starters or those who are having short notice period to serve will be prioritized.
