**About the Role**
This position plays a key role in managing procurement activities within freight forwarding and warehousing operations. You will be responsible for handling vendor relationships, negotiating competitive rates, ensuring compliance with service standards, and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve cost efficiency and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for freight forwarding and warehousing operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, carriers, and service providers to ensure competitive rates and reliable services.
- Conduct price negotiations and prepare cost analyses to achieve optimal procurement outcomes.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company quality and service standards.
- Support the strategic sourcing process to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and management, to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or warehousing industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and cost analysis.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build strong vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP or procurement systems is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive cost efficiencies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
