To this end, we are seeking an experienced Associate Legal who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.
- Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate and conclude commercial agreements with a key focus on client contracts, statements of work, work orders and NDAs.
- Identify and advise on contractual and legal risks, provide redlined recommendations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that contracts comply with laws and company guidelines.
- Monitor the implementation and performance of signed contracts.
- Manage change requests, amendments, renewals, novation and other contract requests.
- Provide occasional or adhoc legal support on corporate, M&A, IP, employment, procurement matters and other types of legal work.

**Who we are looking for**
- Has a passion for media, interactive arts and/or gaming.
- Has experience in drafting, negotiating, and concluding commercial agreements or customer contracts.
- Is a collaborative team-player with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Is a quick learner, adaptable and flexible with a can-do attitude.
- Possesses strong persuasion, negotiation and critical thinking abilities.
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, and to meet critical deadlines.
- Qualifications- Recognized degree in Law
- 1 to 4 years PQE gained as in-house lawyer or with a reputable law firm
- Experience in international commercial contracting matters is strongly preferred.
- Strong legal and contract analytical skills with a good eye for detail and sound knowledge of basic contracting principles.
- Prior experience in technology or media fields, or in a service organization, will be preferred but not mandatory.
- Native English is a must. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, French or other languages will be well regarded.
