**Marketing & Promotion**
- Assist in the development and execution of the hotel’s annual marketing and communications plan.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns for rooms, F&B outlets, and special events.
- To work together with Graphic Designer to create and manage promotional materials (flyers, posters, banners, e-newsletters).
- Work with third-party partners, agencies, and influencers to enhance brand exposure. To produce ideas for annual and festive giveaways.
**Digital & Social Media Management**
- Manage and update the hotel’s Social Media, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of content.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Ensure hotel’s presence across key Social platforms relevant to the source markets and social content production
- Manage Hotel’s online reputation
**Public Relations**
- Draft and distribute press releases for hotel events, promotions, and achievements.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, journalists, bloggers, and key stakeholders.
- Organize and support media visits, press conferences, and promotional events.
**Branding & Collateral**
- Ensure all hotel communication materials adhere to brand guidelines.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots to maintain an updated visual library.
- Oversee the design and production of in-house marketing materials and signage.
**Reporting & Administration**
- Maintain a database of marketing contacts, media lists, and influencer networks.
- Prepare monthly marketing activity reports and analyse campaign ROI.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for marketing activities.
