Job scope Perform sales activities and negotiations with major accounts in consultation with management. Qualifications -At least 10 years of working experience in key account management and loyalty -Able to build strong working relationships at all levels -Commercially-savvy, proactive and possessing a positive attitude -Understanding of digital technology and its possibilities -High standards for customer experience -Strong problem-solving skills and able to overcome obstacles flawlessly -Strong project management skills with attention to detail and drive to make things happen, results oriented -Strong communicator, both internally and with clients -Experience in planning and executing direct marketing campaigns preferable -Innovative and fresh thinking with a passion for solving problems and an ability to inspire others Benefit 1.5 hours compulsory working hours Included travelling allowance
Jubilee Park was the hottest amusement center of Ipoh in 1970's. There were games center, disco, cinemas, etc. During those years, Shaw's was very famous with its Chinese movies which hosted by popular Hong Kong & Taiwan stars. Nowadays, Jubilee Park is almost being forgotten by Ipoh citizens due to the rise of modern shopping complexes. Shaw Development Ipoh is then take over the role to refurbish it and also redevelop it into a new form of business module that carry out youth and youngster hub. We lease and rent every square feet for people who have stunning idea to make good of this place. We develop the business to attract affiliates business partner, new kind of F&B corner, hospitality project and maybe a light sport centre. All rounded environment for people to have a spot to get away. To create another place that similar happening with the great Jubilee Park in 1980s....
