Driver Storekeeper

Key Responsibilities:
**Driving and Transportation**:

- Safely operating company vehicles (e.g., vans, lorries) to transport medical devices, equipment, or personnel.
- Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to designated locations.
- Maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
- Adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
- Managing inventory, organizing and maintaining stock, receiving and dispatching goods, keeping records of transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of a store.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items based on the procurement schedule for the client/customer.
- Safely load, unload, and secure goods to prevent damage during transport.
- Support other general tasks within the Supply Chain Management Department when required.

**Storekeeping**:

- Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming goods against purchase orders or delivery notes.
- Storing items in designated locations within the warehouse or storeroom, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
- Issuing materials and equipment based on requests or work orders.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records, including stock levels, locations, and movements.
- Conducting regular stock checks and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assisting with stocktaking and inventory audits as required.

**General Duties**:

- Ensuring the security of the storeroom and its contents.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by the Executive / Snr Executive from Supply Chain Management department.

**Qualifications**:

- **Driving License**: Valid driving license (preferably with GDL for larger vehicles).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in driving and storekeeping is preferred.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to lift and carry items, as well as perform physically demanding tasks.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage inventory, maintain records, and organize the storeroom.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in recording inventory data and handling items.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
- **Computer Skills**: Basic computer skills for inventory management systems

Working Hours : 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

Days Work : Monday - Friday

Saturday : Upon request

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
