**HIRING POSITION**:

- **Internship Building Surveyor (BS)**:

- _Allowance: RM1,000 (excluding OT)_

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Diploma or Degree in **Building Surveying**:

- Must have own transportation

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct thorough property inspections
- Prepare clear and detailed inspection reports
- Engage with clients and work closely with the team
- Ensure property compliance and identify all defects
- Participate in **Dilapidation Surveys** and **Building Condition Assessments**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and within a team
