**OBJECTIVES**
1. To ensure maximum guest satisfaction in order to increase sales by promoting repeat business
2. To directly implement and maintain the standards of service quality pertaining to his/her area of responsibility by providing the best possible service to the resort guests.
3. To directly give maximum care to the maintenance of the physical assets of the outlets within his/her responsibility in order to keep them in the best possible functional state.
4. To ensure that all handling procedures for all perishable food & beverage are followed in order to guarantee maximum sanitation and quality of finished product.
5. To ensure that wastage and spoilage of products are maintained at the minimum level.
**SPECIFIC TASKS**
1. Reports for duty as assigned on duty roster perfectly dressed, and well groomed.
2. Is aware that smoking and the consumption of beverages (Alcoholic & Non-Alcoholic) and
food during duty hours are strictly prohibited.
3. Receives and records incoming orders according to standard procedures established.
4. Recommend to guests items from the menu.
5. Initiates personal selling of food & beverage items from the menu.
6. Takes orders from the guests.
7. Repeats orders to reduce the chances of mistakes.
8. Routes orders to waiters or captains.
9. Informs with apology to guest if food takes longer to come out from kitchen than usual, (e.g during peak periods).
10. Types orders on the point-of-Sale system for immediate cashiering or posting to Front Office Cashiers.
11. Checks on waiter's speed of delivery.
12. Reminds waiter of pick-up time.
13. Regulates flow of orders.
14. Organizes Breakfast Doorknob to ensure timely delivery.
15. At all times must be informed of the resort’s selling items and special promotions. Is
attentive and willing to perform duties assigned to him by the F&B Manager or Captains.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,501.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mersing: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Food service: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Food Handling (required)
