Department- LevelInternship- LocationMalaysia - Kuala Lumpur- The live stream producer is responsible for orchestrating the entire live stream production process from initial planning to post-production, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for the viewers while meeting the objectives and requirements of the live stream.
- Pre-production planning: Collaborating with brands, stakeholders, and livestream hosts to understand the livestream objectives, audience, and technical requirements. This involves developing a production strategy, creating a production timeline, and identifying necessary equipment and resources.
- Plan and research topics/ideas.
- Produces rundown and script.
- Briefs involve PIC for host, technical, and props matters.
- Coordination and management: Coordinating with the production team, including camera operators, audio engineers, graphics designers, and any other relevant personnel. Managing the team's activities, ensuring smooth communication, and delegating tasks effectively.
- Viewers engagement: Monitoring and facilitating viewers' interaction during the live stream, such as managing live chat, polls, and questions.
- Quality control: Conduct quality checks to ensure the live stream meets the desired standards in terms of audio, video, and overall production value. Addressing any issues or deficiencies that may arise during or after the live stream.
- Continual improvement: Staying up-to-date with emerging live streaming technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Seeking opportunities to enhance the production quality and exploring innovative ways to engage and captivate the viewers.
- Basic knowledge on technical setups such as overseeing the technical aspects of the live stream i.e. selecting and setting up appropriate streaming equipment would be an added advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably mass communications
- Fluent in English and Malay (Mandarin added advantage) to handle live streams in different languages
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals, such as camera operators, audio engineers, video editors, and production assistants.
- Time management and organization: Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple live stream projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines. Attention to detail is crucial for managing technical setups, production schedules, and ensuring a smooth live stream experience.
- Problem-solving skills: The ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during a live stream. Adaptability and resourcefulness are essential to troubleshoot and find solutions in real time.
- Communication and interpersonal skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, team members, and live stream host. The live stream producer should be able to articulate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner and provide guidance to the production team.
- Creativity and adaptability: A creative mindset to enhance the production value and engage the audience during livestream events. The ability to adapt to changing requirements and last-minute adjustments is important in the fast-paced live-streaming environment.
- Familiarity with technical setups for live streams such as setting up lighting, cameras and audio would be an added advantage.
