Responsibilities
- Checking the quality of services provided by the employee in accordance with the work criteria
- Providing feedbacks to help out deliver best customer service
- Making detailed individual reports about the services provided
- Keeping active communications with team leaders and managers
- Analyzing deeply each case and raising flags if needed
- Improve business processes in QC area

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional listening and analytical skills
- Experience or acquiring knowledge in the Fintech industry or E-commerce
- Ability to sit still and focus
- Excellent written and spoken English, Malay and Indonesian languages
