- Mengurus operasi harian cawangan.
- Meningkatkan dan mencapai sasaran jualan.
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan.
- Memimpin dan memberi motivasi kepada pasukan untuk mencapai perkhidmatan pelanggan yang cemerlang.
- Sentiasa mengikuti perkembangan trend kecantikan dan industri spa.
- Memastikan cawangan mengekalkan standard kebersihan dan profesionalisme yang tinggi.
