**Requirements**:

- Has a high level of leadership to lead, improve performance, motivate and manage team members in providing the best DobiQueen service to customers.
- Ensure compliance with all operating standards including service quality, customer service, sales and internal operational controls.
- Plan and manage marketing at the branch as well as implement marketing campaigns.
- Improve branch performance through increased sales, evaluation and control of expenditure as well as taking into account cost savings.
- Responsible in workforce planning and recruitment, identifying training needed for team members, able to train and mentor team members.
- Review and ensure daily / weekly / monthly reports are complete, accurate and submitted on time.
- Implement and ensure the effectiveness of branch administration management, stock control and security
