**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Tax Compliance & Filing**
- Responsible for computing personal and corporate taxes and ensuring the timely filing of all tax returns.
- Work alongside tax agents to guarantee complete adherence to the Malaysian Income Tax Act and other relevant laws.
- Keep up-to-date with both local and international tax regulations.

**2. Tax Estimates & Payments**
- Assist with drafting tax estimates and amendments, as well as tracking monthly tax installments.
- Manage tax payments and refunds, and work with the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) to resolve any tax-related problems.

**3. Withholding Tax**
- Responsible for the accurate calculation, documentation, and submission of Withholding Tax by the deadlines.

**4. Tax Records & Reporting**
- Maintain precise and well-organized tax records, files, and supporting documents for both audit and internal purposes.
- Make sure documentation is organized systematically to ensure we're ready for audits and compliant with regulations.

**5. General Accounting & Financial Support**
- Manage the complete set of accounts, including accounts receivable/payable and bank reconciliations.
- Support activities related to budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Guarantee compliance with all financial regulations, standards, and internal controls.

**6. Audit & Reporting**
- Support internal and external audits by creating the required documentation and answering any audit-related questions.
- Professionally respond to questions from clients and stakeholders.

**7. Ad-Hoc Support & Research**
- Support special projects and perform tax-related research as needed by management.
- Continuously learn about new tax and financial regulations to boost efficiency and ensure compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Professional Certificate, ACCA, CPA, or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Knowledge of Malaysian tax laws and general accounting practices.
- At least 1 year experience with UBS system or autocount.
- Ability to speak Mandarin/Chinese will be considered an added advantage due to the nature of client interactions.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
