Dc Supervisor

_**Location : Lot 341 (B), Jln Talang, Taman Perai 13600 Prai, Penang.**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all the arrival parcels by sorting them to the correct destinations.
- Ensure the parcels are well handled.
- Document and scan in all transit as procedures/SOPs set by the company.
- Check and monitor inbound and outbound shipments from branch and company agents.
- Monitor daily delivery performance and pick up each sub.
- Physical checking all shipment at hub.
- Assist customer service for customer complaints.
- Monitoring workers’ productivity and service level.
- Develop workers’ sorting, scanning and identify parcel skills.
- Ensure all shipments have been sorted and taken out for delivery.
- Monitor and supervise couriers’ attendance and performance to complete all deliveries and pickups.
- Other tasks assigned by Management.

**Job Requirement**:

- Possess good mathematical skill.
- Ability to distinguish different goods.
- Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
- Can operate and knowledge of computers.
- At least SPM level.
- Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
