Duties and Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's objectives, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
- To provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
- To offer strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team
- To manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reports
- To advise on long-term business and financial planning
- To provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets
- To ensure the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group
- To establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
- To review all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures

Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional Qualification in Accounting i.e. ACCA, CPA, CIMA etc.
- At least 10 years of working experience in accounting and finance
- Experience working in listed company is an advantage, but others are also encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical with good business acumen and ability to identify key business drivers
- Creative thinker, proactive in initiating improvement and problem solving, highly-driven and self-motivated
- Organised, result-oriented and able to deliver on deadline with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
