Job Responsibilities
- to engage and provide the best shopping experience to customers
- to create a positive shopping experience by identifying customers’ needs, advise and sell them products through excellent customer service.
- to achieve sales target
- ensure complete understanding of all products, brand guidelines including up-sell items, as well as any company promotions and mechanics
- conduct random till checks during shifts, identify and investigate variances if any
- ensure that the store is in good condition i.e. shelves are replenished, fixtures are clean and prices are present in good condition
- maintain a high merchandising standards as per VM/Brand guidelines
- provide coaching and guidance to team members on operational matters
- ensure team members follow the company policies and procedures
- to provide employees’ feedback/concerns to District Manager
- support any store initiatives. Example: Stock take, store change etc.
- ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted within the deadline

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to work according to Retail Shifts, Weekend and Public Holidays
- Good knowledge of spoken English and Malay
- Ability to speak in Mandarin would be of value added
- Sales driven and results oriented
- Strong passion for customer service
- Relevant experience in the retail industry
- Energetic and motivated with a positive mindset
- Able to lead and motivate the team

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,400.00 per month
