Setting daily/weekly/monthly production tasks and schedules, communicating them to workshop employees.
- Preparing and submitting production reports.
- Responsible for workshop employee’s attendance (attendance report, leaves, MC etc).
- Accomplish workshop staff results by planning, monitoring, communicating job expectations; motivating and appraising job results; disciplining and coaching employees; coordinating, initiating and enforcing systems, procedures and policies.
- Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with company quality system, company safety standards, and customer requirements.

**Salary**: Up to RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- production: 5 years (preferred)
- Metal stamping: 5 years (preferred)
