We are seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to join our team and drive the development of our backend systems. This role is crucial in enhancing our platform's core functions, particularly in managing KYC, KYB, and KYT integrations, handling API interactions, supporting database architecture, and ensuring secure, efficient transaction flows.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain the backend of Blocktrade’s cryptocurrency exchange platform, with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
- Integrate KYC, KYB, and KYT solutions (such as Veriff, TRM Labs, and Scorechain) to ensure regulatory compliance and fraud detection.
- Implement and manage messaging queues and real-time data processing for high-traffic scenarios.
- Interface with third-party APIs (e.g., Fireblocks) for wallet operations, liquidity provisioning, and market data.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate testing, deployment, and release processes.
- Maintain and optimize database structures, primarily within SQL environments, to support dynamic and high-speed transaction processing.
- Regularly monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Back-End Developer, preferably in Fintech or Cryptocurrency exchanges.
- Strong proficiency in **Golang**; familiarity with Python is beneficial as we transition to Go from a legacy Python backend.
- Experience with **KYC, KYB, and KYT** systems and regulatory compliance in financial services.
- Strong command of **API development and integration** for third-party services.
- Proficiency in managing containerized environments using **Kubernetes**.
- Experience with **Azure DevOps** and CI/CD processes for deployment and monitoring.
- Solid understanding of **databases** (SQL and NoSQL) and experience with database architecture and optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly **Azure** for production and **Hetzner** for development setups.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in financial transaction processing, fraud prevention, or regulatory technologies.
- Knowledge of blockchain technologies and the cryptocurrency industry.
