As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will provide first level recruitment support assisting our Talent Acquisition team to cover local and international efforts. This will include all aspects of recruitment, administration and systems maintenance.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and facilitating the selection process
- ATS maintenance and upkeep
- Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance and implement recruitment processes and processes
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote NEXTDC as an employer of choice

**Qualifications**

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the rest of the P&C team and wider business.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar (5 + years)
- Experience recruiting Technology, Finance and Legal specialists
- Proven high level stakeholder engagement and advisory experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and results oriented approach to recruitment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools/systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Malay and English
- High level of confidentiality and professionalis
