A **Production Cost Analyst Clerk** is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the costs associated with production processes. They work to ensure that all production costs are accurately recorded, monitored, and controlled.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Cost Tracking and Analysis**:

- Collect, verify, and record production cost data, including raw materials, labor, and overhead costs.
- Analyze cost data to identify trends, variances, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Reconcile production cost records with financial reports.

**2. Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed cost reports for management review, including cost summaries, variance analysis, and cost forecasts.
- Maintain and update cost databases and spreadsheets.

**3. Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Assist in the preparation of production cost budgets and forecasts.
- Support the development of standard cost models.

**4. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the production, purchasing, and inventory departments to ensure accurate cost allocation.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure cost data aligns with financial statements.

**5. Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Maintain proper documentation for all cost-related transactions and analyses.

**6. Continuous Improvement**:

- Propose process improvements for cost management and reporting.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in cost analysis and control.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cost analysis, accounting, or a related role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial reporting.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in data entry and report generation.
- **Communication**: Good verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
