**Basic RM2,500 - RM 3,000 + Commission Earn up to RM4,000 per month**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Service:

- Greet customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Assist customers in finding products, providing information, and offering recommendations.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Sales:

- Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs.
- Utilize product knowledge to recommend, cross-sell and upsell products and complementary products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the store.

Product Knowledge:

- Stay informed about product features, specifications, and benefits.
- Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and sales events to effectively communicate them to customers.

Merchandising:

- Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked on shelves.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.

Team Collaboration:

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address issues and share insights.
- Collect customer feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement in products and sales processes, providing valuable insights to sales leaders for future enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retails sales
- KPI Driven and hungry for growth
- Resilient and Adapt well to fast changing environments
- Great listening and communication skills

Willing to work on Public Holidays and Weekends

**Working Time**: 6 days work, off on weekday, mall hours 10am-10pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
