Reports to Ops & Admin Manager in all areas of Operations and Administration matters and seeks approval prior to any implementations.
- Processes records and forms, requisitions office supplies, and performs other administrative support procedures for effective office management.
- Liaise with hotel and travel agents for corporate rates.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data to get the best pricing on supplies and services.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors on order deliveries, payment, office maintenance, and repairs of office equipment.
- Liaise with Building Management on parking arrangements, maintenance, repair, and security issues.
- Prepare Audit verification/ Due Diligence memo, compile a report, prepare a letter, and send it to Auditors/ clients.
- Organize meetings and functions, arrangements for meals or refreshments as required.
- Able to work as a team and build good work relationships within the department.
- Check monthly claims/reports before submitting them to the Ops & Admin Manager for approval.
- Prepare monthly reports and submit reports within deadlines.
- Constantly improve and maintain a more effective way for the filing system to update records, files, and prompt file retrieval.
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- To carry out other duties as and when assigned by EXCO, COO, and Ops & Admin Manager.

**Job Requirements**
- Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively and work in a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Possess a positive attitude, initiative, and motivation.
- Independent and willing to work with minimum supervision - quality and quantity of work are equally important.
