I. A key performer in delivering excellent services to our customers in Klang Valley area with below major tasks. II. Deliver and collect documents and packages securely to or from the customers. III. Unloading goods according to customer specifications. Obtain delivery and collection confirmation to or from each customer. IV. Make a pickup based on instructions from the supervisor, adhere to the prescribed route and according to the schedule. 'ƒ V. Follow the Company policy properly review orders before and after delivery to ensure orders are completed, charges are correct and customers are satisfied. VI. Comply with all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record. VII. Assist in loading and unloading of goods from the vehicles. VIII. Receive payment for goods shipped. IX. Provide excellent customer service, answer questions and handle complaints from customers. X. Collect or pick up the Delivery Order note (DO) and invoices within a given period of time. XI. Responsible for logistic and inventory management of the warehouse. XII. Ensure the inventory is processed, organized and stored in orderly manner and update the documentation for processing inventory. XIII. Responsible for packing, scanning and processing orders for delivery, ensure the parcels are correct in labelling. XIV. Check and inspect the receiving goods and ensure are in accurate quantity, type and acceptable quality. XV. Unload goods from incoming shipment and deliver restocks to shops and retail outlets. XVI. Check, record and report any damaged, missing or faulty goods from container and vendor. XVII. Complete any ad hoc task assigned by the manager and Director.
