"Welcome and help customers as they come into the restaurant and take their orders - Process customers’ orders and generate their bills - Handle and process all instore and online orders - Present to customers the services and active offers and promotions - Serve and pack warm foods to customers in an effective manner and in strict accordance with the orders of the customers - Service to customer complaints and questions, resolving issues where possible and referring customers to managers if required - Assist kitchen staff and outdoor delivery staff whenever such assistance is required - Clean all tables after the customer leaves and prepare for the next set of customers - Ensure supplies, such as napkins, condiments, utensils and cleaning supplies are refreshed regularly or whenever necessary - Ensure work areas, such as cashier counter, and customer areas are clean and organized - Process cash, credit card etc payments using cash registers and POS system - Submit necessary reports - Ensure the stock room is in order and stock is replenished regularly - Stocktaking - Complete understanding of services & products provided - Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers" **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time Part-time hours: 12 per week **Salary**: RM5.00 - RM10.00 per hour Schedule: - Flexible hours Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay **Experience**: - F&B: 1 year (preferred) License/Certification: - Food Handling Certificate (required) - Typhoid Vaccination (required)
