The Company is a leading innovator in the field of energy solutions, committed to developing cutting-edge technologies for a sustainable future. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test System Engineer to join our team and lead the design and development of advanced charging and battery test manufacturing solution

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of charging and battery test systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate battery & charging test systems with other components and systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to R&D team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process, including solution proposal, technical demonstrations, and responding to technical inquiries
- Develop comprehensive testing and validation plans to ensure system functionality and compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare technical documentation such as design specification, test-plans...etc

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing battery test systems and charging solutions.
- Proficiency in CAD software, simulation tools, and programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++ will be an added advantage
- In-depth understanding of battery technologies, charging protocols, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

**Work arrangement**:
Monday-Friday / 8:00am-5:00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
