**Position : DC Admin**

**Work Location**: **Lot 341 (B), Jln Talang, Taman Perai 13600 Prai, Penang**
- Monitor the route and assign pickup and delivery order to dispatch driver
- Provide customer information about orders to dispatch driver. Such as traffic, obstacles, required equipment and shipments volumes
- Monitor pickup status updated by branch before end of day
- Received call & updates from Sales or CS team to make sure information deliver to dispatch driver and record in the system

**Working Hours**:Monday - Friday (830am - 530pm) Saturday (830am
- 130pm)**

**Requirements**:

- Preferable working experience as traffic controller/customer service
- Required skill(s): Literate in basic computer and IT skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, problem-solving skill and committed in meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication with the ability to interact well at all levels

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
