**Summary**:
The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for performing various activities to produce subassemblies, WIP products, and finished goods in support of engineering/R&D projects.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Operates hand tools, or production equipment.
- Assembles products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams.
- Execute redline experimental requests (ERs) independently.
- Complete and review associated documents.
- Compile and report yield and rejection data on a regular basis.
- Maintain product traceability and reject tracking.
- Proficient with Agile.
- Train new employees.
- Able to work in multiple areas/production lines throughout the workday or work week without oversight from Trainer or other experienced Manufacturing Associates.
- Provide feedback to supervisor and engineering teams.
- Able to describe processes to cross-function visitors.
- Follow and enforce GMP guidelines. This position assumes and performs other duties as assigned.

**Education Requirements**:

- Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
- Experience in GMP environment
