**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Call new and existing customers to share our products and promotions
- Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales
- Meet monthly sales targets (with bonus/commission)
- Update customer info and sales notes in our system
- Follow up with leads from marketing or online ads
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
- Stay informed on the latest product features and industry developments.
- Follow company rules and work as part of a team

**Qualifications & experience**
- Minimum SPM; diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or similar is a plus
- Being proficient in Mandarin is required to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of self-motivation and drive to achieve sales targets.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
