**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Provide expert advice on baking ingredients, tools, and techniques.
- Upsell and promote new or seasonal products to boost sales.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure product displays are well-organized.
- Handling in material packing (weighing and repacking bulk ingredients into smaller packs).
- Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking, labeling, and inventory tracking.
- Ensure proper storage of baking ingredients to maintain quality and freshness.
- Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Assist in TikTok live sessions, content creation, or product showcases.
- Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.
- Assist and coordinate to conduct in-store product demonstrations or sampling sessions.
- Engage with customers via social media and help answer online inquiries.
- Manage online orders, including processing, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of eCommerce orders.
- Update product listings, pricing, and promotions on online platforms.
- Monitor customer inquiries and reviews on eCommerce platforms.
- Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.
- Assist in maintaining records of sales, inventory, and transactions via POS system and MS office files.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
- Participate in training sessions on new baking products and retail practices.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **SPM / Diploma in Retail, Business, or related field** (preferred but not required).
- At least **1 year of retail or customer service experience** (baking industry experience is a plus).
- Passion for baking and knowledge of baking ingredients is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, proactive, and customer-service-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically able to stand for long hours and handle stock movement.
- Familiarity with **POS systems** and basic inventory management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
