Job Responsibilities
- Lead the sourcing and purchasing of mobile phones, home appliances

products, mobile accessories and extended insurance.
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans that align with company

goals and market trends.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on market trends, product releases, and industry developments.
- Analyse purchasing costs and work to minimize procurement expenses while

maintaining product quality and availability.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to determine inventory needs and product

requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling offers and

campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and implement inventory control

measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Forecast demand and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer needs.
- Address any quality issues or product defects with suppliers in a timely manner.
- To undertake any other ad hoc assignments assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Have an excellent sense of marketing trends and the latest updates in mobile

gadgets.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to operate as a good team player.
- Able to work independently and under pressure, a fast learner.
- Able to build rapport with suppliers, brand principals, and third parties.
- Able to negotiate for the best pricing, stock quality, and support or resources

from suppliers.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
