Our client, a reputable **Insurance Agency **that was established in 1983 and has been growing rapidly over the years due to the high market demand. They are currently expanding their management team and hence, searching for **Personal Assistant** to join their big family. As part of the team, you will assist their management in handling daily business operational matters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and liaise with client to schedule meetings, and organize appointments for the manager
- Run errands such as collecting medical report and claims etc. from hospitals/clients
- Assist in client policy summary and policy reviews
- Assist in preparing quotations for clients
- Relay messages, take notes during meetings, and provide summaries
- Coordinate with other team members or external parties involved in the project
- Monitor progress and report updates to the manager
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks or special projects as requested by the manager

**Additional Information**:

- Minimum diploma/ degree in any field of study
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software
- Able to work independently, highly responsible and also be a team player
