- Our service encompasses end-to-end project management: design, supply, delivery, fabrication, installation until system commissioning._

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**ASSISTANT ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE**:

- Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for project/ job/ services rendered.
- Researching and resolving account discrepancies.
- Processing and recording transactions.
- Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.
- Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date.
- Working with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, credit history, and develop new or better repayment terms.
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
- Generating reports and statements for internal use.
- Engaging in ongoing educational opportunities to update job knowledge.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI or any other professional certificates with 2-3 year(s) experiences in related field. **Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply.**:

- Experience in Oil & Gas industry will be taken as advantages.
- Able to handle Accounts Receivables for Project.
- Independent, strong analytical skills, committed to meet deadlines and a good team player.
- Preferably with knowledge of MS Office & Auto Count systems.
- Able to work in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.
- Able to report for duty on March (if possible).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
