**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- i) Sales Order Processing:_
- Generate Sales Order (SO), Cash Sales Bill (CSB) and Delivery Order (DO)._
- Coordinate with logistics on the goods delivery to customers._
- Arrange courier service for document and parcels to be sent to customers._
- Confirm and compile all the relevant documents before submitting to accounts department for billing._
- ii) Handle customer's enquiry._
- iii) Maintain and update for customer listing._
- iv) Maintain all relevant files._
- v) Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein._
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- SPM or Diploma in any relevant discipline._
- Minimum 1 year working experience in related field._
- Must be PC literate and good knowledge in Microsoft Office._
