Job Description:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the office and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases. Process and manage customer information efficiently.
- Office Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance of office equipment, ensuring timely repairs and routine maintenance, and keeping an inventory of office supplies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to assist with promotional campaigns and marketing strategies.
- Content Management: Assist in creating and maintaining editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms and outlets.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that the workplace adheres to health and safety regulations and standards.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to assess performance, identify operational issues, and suggest improvements in various business areas, including customer service and logistics.
- Client Relations: Manage and prioritize customer needs and demands, ensuring a positive experience throughout their interaction with CIEF PETS.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand customer behavior, interests, and trends that inform marketing strategies and business development.
- Other Duties: Complete any other administrative tasks or special projects as assigned by managers.
**Requirements**:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time-management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Educational Requirements: Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior administrative or office experience is a plus but not required.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze situations and offer practical solutions to challenges.
- Team Player: Ability to work well with others and support team goals.
