**Baking and Preparation**: Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products such as bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards. This includes measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, and baking items to perfection.
- **Ingredient Management**: Ensure that all ingredients are fresh, high-quality, and available in sufficient quantities. Monitor stock levels and notify the purchasing department when supplies are running low. Assist with receiving and inspecting ingredient deliveries for quality and accuracy.
- **Quality Control**:Maintain high standards of quality, taste, texture, and appearance for all baked goods. Conduct regular checks on baking times, temperatures, and equipment settings to ensure consistency in every batch.
- **Food Safety and Hygiene**:Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including regular cleaning and sanitizing of baking equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
- **Equipment Operation and Maintenance**:Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and dough sheeters safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor promptly.
- **Decorating and Finishing**:Decorate cakes, pastries, and other baked goods with icing, glazes, fillings, and toppings as required. Ensure products are visually appealing and meet customer specifications.
- **Product Display and Packaging**:Assist in the packaging, labeling, and display of bakery products for sale. Ensure that products are presented attractively to entice customers and maintain freshness.
- **Inventory Control & Management**:Keeping track of baking supplies and minimizing waste. Implement strategies to use ingredients efficiently and reduce spoilage. Monitoring stock levels of ingredients and reporting any shortages to ensure sufficient supplies for production.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work closely with other bakers, kitchen staff, and management to coordinate production schedules, share tasks, and maintain a cohesive workflow. Provide guidance and training to junior bakers or apprentices as needed.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
