BASED in JOHOR BAHRU, JOHOR.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reports to Sales & Marketing HOD in day-to-day sales & marketing operations.
- Plan, implement, and monitor the execution of marketing-related activities to ensure set targets are achieved.
- Conducting marketing competitor research.
- Handling social media & content marketing and visuals.
- Assist in the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.
- Assist in updating the latest product pricing if directed by the superior.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, sales kits, leaflets, banners, digital marketing, videos & etc.
- Organize on-site events and roadshows.
- Maintain customers’ database and handle customer inquiries.
- Conduct canvassing calls regularly & develop a network of customers.
- Liaise effectively with bankers, lawyers, and the enforcement department.
- Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Real Estate Management /Marketing or a business-related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar industry & capacity.
- Good knowledge of the property market is an added advantage.
- High computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently with a high level of self-integrity.
- Willingness to travel or work on weekends and public holidays.
- It is essential to have previous experience in high-end housing developer sales.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
