QA Technician

_**Responsibilities**:_
- Carry out incoming and in-process inspection of materials and products.
- Train and guide operator in product quality checking.
- Ensure all the checking / testing equipment is in good running condition.
- Prepare inspection report.
- Ensure all specifications are complied with after job change.
- Issue Corrective / Prevention Report (CPAR) for out of specification products if necessary.
- Control of non-conformance products for in-coming, in-process and pre-delivery inspection.
- Arrange sorting or recovery job for the non conformance products.
- Assist the QA Executive in the control of IMTE and other quality control activities of the Company.
- Undertake other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
- **Authorities**:_
- To stop production when the non-conformance products were detected.
- Competency Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

- Having knowledge, skills and abilities in reading, writing and mathematics
- Having knowledge of various products manufactured in company.
- Having knowledge of various materials used in company
- Having basic knowledge of process control and machine functions.
- Able to identify and differentiate various materials used for the production.
- Able to identify and differentiate various products manufactured in company.
- Able to read product specification.
- Having skills and abilities in product checking and measurement.
- Able to prepare products checking report.
- Able to differentiate minor defects from major and critical defects.
- Able to identify non-conformance products oriented.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- Good in communication skills.
- Good quality sense.
- **Must not be colour blind**

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
