**Responsibilities**:
This should include all duties that you regularly perform as part of your role.
- Finalise full set of group accounts monthly and yearly accounts
- Prepare full set account for MRG
- Review Invoice/AP/AR posting by subordinate
- Keeping track and ensuring proper recording of all financial and accounting transactions.
- Process payments to vendor(s) and staff(s) claim.
- Preparing budgeting and monitoring of collections and payments. Prepare Quarterly financial performance reporting
- Liaise and resolve matters pertaining to corporate administration, including without limitation management of and resolution with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries
- Submission of tax return
- Ensure smooth and efficient running of accounting procedures and systems.
- Research of new systems and automation recommendations that could be implemented.
- Regular updates for accounts and tax related matter
- Prepare indirect tax filing such as SST, WHT and CIT. Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process and tax submission
- Financial support available for company
- Cash Flow Management-Manage cash inflows and outflows to ensure liquidity
- Budget Variance-Variance analysis of budgeted versus actual performance
- Project/Event Profit & Loss account
- Issue HRDF invoice
- Process salary payment
- Payroll related posting

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in both Mandarin and English
- Have no issue to work at Petaling Jaya
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is typically required.
- Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CPA, ACCA, CFA) are often preferred for senior roles.
- Experience in financial analysis and forecasting.
- Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP and/or Oracle.
- Great organisational and time management skills.
- Experienced in handling full set account and payroll

Working Location: Petaling Jaya

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
