REQUIREMENT: - To be responsible for duties assigned by Department Head. - To meet KPIs given. - To monitor and maintain efficient and effective Operation Process meeting plan schedule. - To lead Executive/Supervisor/Leader in daily operation to achieve Productivity, Quality and Customer requirement Target. - To maintain manpower arrangement in Operation Process. - To guide, assist and monitor executive, process engineers and chemist in collecting data required to make improvements and/or modifications on products. - To support on the implementation of automation into dipping line. - Overseeing the construction of new plants and supervising plant operations upon installation of machines. - Investigate and troubleshoot plant/process problems. - Ensure the equipment works to its specification and to appropriate capacities. - Assess safety and environmental issues and liaise with installation/project engineers and specialists. - To educate and grow next management generation on dipping technology. - To continue study operation activities efficiently. - To study an efficient preventive maintenance for all machine and equipment in a safe and reliable manner with focus on long term reliability and efficiency. - To study all activities related to work do not give any impact to environment and complying with Good Environmental Practice (GEP). - To promote awareness on environmental care to all employee. - To ensure compliance with all related legislation such as OSHA, FMA, EQA, etc. - To analyse processes problem and root cause analysis to improve product quality and reliability. - To initial, analyse and implement modification and changes to processes for improvement. - Provide effective communication between subordinates and management. - Ensure job efficiency and effectiveness from all subordinates, discuss and assist subordinates by taking necessary action to increase their production output. - Perform routine inspection of machine in production and issue work order when necessary. - Report the manpower requirements. - Ensure that all company rules & regulation and Good Manufacturing Practice requirement are complies with by all level of employees. - Ensure confidentially of all Company’s documentation and activities, whether commercial or technical in nature, that may put the interest of Company at stake, shall not be in any form, whether explicit or implied, divulged to non -related entitles. This shall include management approach, strategies and directives in any site. - To organise and execute Stock Take Program. - To execute Process/ Documentation Change in Operation Process. - To maintain all operational documentation complies to ISO 9001 & 13485, FDA, MDR and other Quality Management standard. - To follow ISO14001 Environmental Management System & ISO50001 Energy Management System Awareness Program effectively in place. - To involve in any Operational Improvement Task Force actively. - To share and report work flow abnormality, accident and incident happened in workplace to superior. - To carry out and support other duties as given by Management from time to time Qualification and/or Experience - Minimum bachelor degree holder in any discipline with minimum 3 years or Diploma holder with minimum 5 years or at least 10 years working experience in glove industry. - Ability to lead of subordinates to achieve company goal - Knowledge in process control and adequate supervisory skills - Knowledge in glove manufacturing process and work flow study - Able to communicate well with superior and subordinates. - Systematic and positive problem-solving approach - Set good example for subordinates - Able to work independently with minimum supervision Founded in 2004 and based in Teluk Intan, Central Medicare Sdn Bhd (CMSB) began manufacturing premium nitrile gloves in 2010 and was the pioneer of lightweight 2.7gm nitrile examination gloves.
