- To maintain an effective filling system for the Reservation department.
- Responsible and accountable for all the data input and statistical information relevant to reservations and sales
- To answer all incoming correspondence within the time limit set in the policy & procedure (within the same working day).
- Must work at all times in maximizing the Hotel's occupancy potential whilst protecting the Hotel's business mix.

- Prepare daily arrival list, examined and checks detail of reservation correspondence against detail in the Opera system one day prior to the arrival and prepares and handle any special requests accordingly.
- To have knowledge of Front Office, Sales, M&E and F&B operations.
- To convert the call into bookings, up-sell, cross sell and other tasks stated int the reservation process.
- To update Group Status Report and other required reports conduct necessary follow upfor each account / group on a daily basis.
- Follow up / traces on group booking status one week prior to the arrival.
- Handle all inquiries relating to rates, group bookings and quotations.
- Handle telephone communications and responding to the inquiries in an effective, professional and friendly manner following standards outlined in the department's standard operating procedure.
- Maintain good inter communication and good working relations with all departments and all external contacts.
- Maintain good relationship with all clients.
- Must all time maintain a professional and friendly business manner to all guests and client liaisons.
- Interact and attend to guest requests, concerns and feedback in a professional manner.
- Provide guests with the most accurate and up to date information at all times.
- Have a good working relationship with all colleagues and employees for the hotel.
