Barista Uniten

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve drinks following standard recipes and techniques
- Ensure consistency of taste, quality, and presentation of beverages by following company standards
- Engage with customers, answer their questions, and provide information about coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu offerings
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and address concerns professionally and empathetically
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper handling and storage of perishable items, cleaning schedules, and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with other baristas and team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service during peak periods
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the leader

**Requirements**:

- Maintain a clean work environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to multi-task when required
- Practice basic safety procedures with respect to equipment and handling hot beverages
- Willing to work on rotational shifts especially on weekends & public holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
