**We will count on you to**:

- Undertake the development of operational metrics for the centre and which may include regional metrics reporting for the Operations & Technology team.
- Prepare Monthly / Quarterly / Annual reports and develop dashboards for Operations and leadership team for purposes such as capacity planning/forecasting, HR review, performance measurement, continuous improvement initiatives, strategic decision making and etc.
- Preparation of adhoc reports, presentation slides in various formats, provide analysis and interpretation/evaluation of strategies for deep dive.
- Data analysis and interpretation include analyzing metrics related to Policies, Fiduciary, Claims, Financial Revenue, Operations KPIs, People and Risks in a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness for Operations and business leaders
- May present, propose and implement innovative analytics for both trending metrics and predictive analysis that are operationally relevant
- Support Global, Regional and local projects related to Operations & Technology transformation initiatives to the region. (e.g. efficiency initiatives)
- Collaborate with other Centres of Excellence on metrics reporting alignment and standardization.

**What you need to have**:

- A Degree holder **preferably in Data Management, Economics, Finance or Computer Science**:

- Minimum of **2 years working experience as a Business Analyst, Regional/Management **Reporting or Data Management**:

- Must be familiar with commonly used office computer programs, including but not limited to **PowerPoint, Words, Excel, Access and database programs**:

- Ability to communicate clearly on complex quantitative and qualitative analysis into meaningful and actionable insights.
- Ability to understand, speak, read and write** English** is required
