Renew Chiropractic is a professional chiropractic and physiotherapy centre based in Sentul, KL. We provide chiropractic adjustments, physiotherapy, and non-invasive treatments to help patients of all ages improve posture, relieve pain, and restore spinal health — naturally and safely.

We are looking for a creative and responsible **Marketing Executive & Content Creator (Full-Time)** to join our team and help grow our brand presence both online and offline.

**Location: Sentul, Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid — 2 days in office, 4 days WFH)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Digital Marketing & Content Creation**
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok).
- Create engaging and educational content — including short videos, reels, photos, posters, and captions that align with our brand identity.
- Manage posting schedules, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages professionally.
- Work with the practitioners team to shoot and edit patient education videos, testimonials, and clinic updates.

**Advertising & Lead Generation**
- Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook, Instagram ads campaigns.
- Track ad performance, analyze results, and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to convert leads into appointments via WhatsApp and phone follow-ups.

**Brand & Campaign Management**
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms and materials.
- Plan monthly promotions and campaigns (e.g. festive offers, trial promos, health awareness months).
- Assist with partnerships, offline community events, and collaborations
- Plan and execute offline community engagement activities e.g., (health talks, screenings, corporate chiropractic service, participate in health fair, build partnerships with local businesses and organizations to promote the center’s services.
- Marketing Materials - Design and produce promotional materials when required (brochures, flyers, promotions)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of marketing/ content creation experience (experience in healthcare/wellness industry is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao HongShu).
- Able to design and edit visuals/videos (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a hybrid setting
- Team player with a good sense of creativity and responsibility.
- Able to work on weekends.
- Has own iPhone or camera for content shooting.
- Has own computer / iPad / device for editing.
- Own transportation to travel to clinic for shoots / meetings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
