- Basic understanding of M&E principles or relevant industry standards
- Working closely with engineers and other professionals to ensure design adre feasible and meet project requirements. Good communication skill with client, contractors or other professionals.
- Strong working knowledge of CAD software( AutoCAD, GstarCAD)
- Familiar in design of office/hotel building, factory, warehouse
- Must possess own transport to travel to site inspection / checking / meeting with client
- Occasionally outstation within Malaysia
- Able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
